An award-winning director, writer and producer based in New York. She has worked in film and television for 15+ years, including positions such as writer (IFC), producer (TBWA\Chiat\Day), and director (CMT). Her producing credits include Wonder Women! The Untold Story of American Superheroines (SXSW premiere, PBS Independent Lens broadcast) and Words of Witness (Berlin Film Festival premiere, Al Jazeera America broadcast). Her most recent feature documentary, The Art of Making It, won the 2022 Festival Favorites Audience Award at SXSW Film Festival and Best Documentary at Offshore Film Festival.

As a director, her films have premiered at many of the top film festivals in the country including SXSW, Hamptons International, Miami International, Sonoma International, and Cleveland International Film Festivals. Kelcey’s fiction writing has appeared in Story South and Border Crossing; her art writing has been published by Hamptons Art Hub, Portray Magazine, and Salomon Contemporary, and her nonfiction has been published by Stanford University Press.

Kelcey is the founding director of Iron Gate East, an exhibition series based in the Hamptons, inspired by her pioneering gallery, Iron Gate Studios, which she co-founded in Austin in 2003. She has served as a lecturer and panelist at several colleges and universities, including Pratt, Barnard, The New School, Cleveland State University, and the Miami Dade College Film Labs, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Film & Television at Hofstra University. Kelcey holds an MFA in Documentary Film from Stanford University. 

Nicole Page is a partner at Reavis Page Jump LLP, a woman-owned law firm in New York. Nicole counsels independent producers and production companies in connection with issues ranging from financing, rights acquisition, production and talent agreements, exploitation of ancillary rights, content licensing, fair use and clearance issues and an array of related matters.

She routinely serves as production counsel and negotiates broadcast and distribution deals for film and television productions.

In addition to entertainment law, Nicole has a robust employment law practice and as a result, found herself at the forefront of the #MeToo movement representing complainants in several high profile cases.  As passionate advocate for gender equity, Nicole aims to provide women with tools and information they can use in their fight for equality.  She regularly writes and speaks about legal issues both in the film and television industries as well as on structural and legal issues facing women in the workplace. Nicole is proud to serve as President of the Board of Women Make Movies.

Patricia Joseph is a Guild of Music Supervisors East committee member and has spent her career building and running A&R and synch divisions for record companies, publishing companies, and management firms such as Primary Wave, Crush Management, Razor & Tie Records and TVT Records.

As a synch rep and branding executive she has secured hundreds of placements across every form of visual and interactive media for artists such as Sia, Weezer, Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, MAX, White Sea, NIN and legendary catalogs such as Bob Marley, Toots & the Maytals and Whitney Houston.



She has also music supervised films, TV shows and ad campaigns and produced over 120 soundtrack albums, building a strong industry network, working side by side with music supervisors, directors, producers, film studios, TV networks, game companies, trailer houses, ad agencies and brands helping create music and sonic solutions across all platforms.

Her most recent endeavors are producing trailerized remixes under the moniker bitmastr with composer partner Brent Daniels.

Hailing from the bucolic English countryside, award-winning director Emily Anderson has spent her career telling people’s stories. She’s shot commercials for Incontinence pads, Ford Trucks, and Vodka which was her favorite job, as she got paid in it. Her documentary work has taken her all over the globe — reporting from the top of an Icelandic glacier, to filming in heavy surf in Mexico, to getting lost in the remote Australian Outback — but her favorite place to film is Montauk, where she calls home.

As a teenager in Krakow, Poland, Kasia dreamed of becoming either a film journalist or a painter. In the end she chose a corporate path and become a lawyer - but her passion for the cinema and the arts remained and grew stronger than ever. She loves traveling the globe (over 80 countries visited and counting), exploring other cultures, documenting her experiences, and always searching for Monet paintings in local museums.

And of course, whenever the time allows – watching movies. As an attorney, she advised Polish filmmakers and was heavily involved in negotiating contracts for the Polish Film Awards.

Kasia is one of the founding members of Offshore Art & Film. She consults on organizational and legal matters, judges the submitted movies and is the acting Volunteer Coordinator. She can’t wait to go back to Montauk and see the Offshore Art & Film Festival hitting it off with its summer audience!
